if u have 50 seals, draw from kage treasure. Maybe you might want to wait until you get 60. normally 60 scrolls gives you a designated rare, but i know a couple people who haven't gotten a designated rare at 60 from kage treasure. So it may take between 60 and 90 or so. Tobi and Hinata are very strong f2p ninjas. You could also run a wind lineup with Gaara but I think wind gets destroyed by fire mains overall. As far as replacing sasuke in the mean time, I would suggest karin or iruka.

For example, you could do tobi in pos 1, knockdown to lowfloat, low float to repulse (summon), knockdown, knockdown to high float (karin) high float to low float (fire main chase). this should also work decently if you used fire main mystery 2.
