I can't recharge with my credit card because of: Payment Result: R0000: High risk

It was suggested to recharge with another method to get rid of this so I recharged once using Paypal and it went through but i still got the High risk error when i tried to use my credit card again.


Now i try to recharge again using paypal and receive another error: Sorry, you canceled the payment or payment failed!

Please help.
