What I like to do is go for a lineup that Kyutaru made. I do believe I changed some things to make the combo a bit better, but I'm too lazy to check if it's the same. It basically goes:

X-X-X
Sakura-Main-Kimimaro
X-Guy-X
It's weird but it works

Main should have:
Any one of the three specials
Beam Of Light
Lightning Sword
Anbu Special Assault Tactics
Bloodthirsty Demon
Summon: Shark or Deer

You could also use my own original lineup which would get a good combo as well:
X-X-X
Kabuto-Main-Hinata
X-Kakashi-X

Admittedly, this lineup isn't as good as Kyutaru's, but it still gets the job done! Essentially keep the main and Kakashi alive and you should be fine.

Talents:
Chidori Blade Shadow
Lightning Assassination Sword
Lightning Sword

kabuto 3 star or 2 star

Kabuto doesn't have a different set of skills for 2 or 3 stars so it doesn't really matter. 3 stars would just be more stats.

Main - Tsunade - main clone
Sasuke - X - Kimimaru
X - X - X

With lightning armor, lightning assassination sword, chidori sharp speer, clone combination tactics & fukurokumaru for summon

Or

Main - Kankuro - X
Tsunade - Gaara -X
X - X - X

Using lightning armor, lightning assassination sword, lightning armor, lightning sword, bloodthirst & the deer

Just use immune team:Sasuke(3 star),Jugo and Kimmimaro(3 star)! Summon:Ninja Cat.(if you have serpent or fukorukumaru you c*e them too but they are gold summons) Talents:Chidori Blade,lighting assassination sword,lightning sword,Anbu Special Tactics and the most important passive:Root of Warrior(it gives you immune to all debuffes for 2 rounds). If you haven't got ninjas for immune,use hinata,kabuto,sasuke(same talents but not anbu special tactics,passive will be Enhancement of Lightning style)!
