Hello, I'm sorry to ask this but is a refund on my recharges possible I've become very ill and have not been able to work the past two weeks and barely have enough for groceries i really need this money back that I've put in the game or else I'm not sure how i will end up getting by i understand that you get banned when you get a refund which is find I've accepted that and know i can come back and pay it back when i get the chance to i just didn't know if you guys could formally refund me or if i need to talk to my bank about canceling those charges.
