Need refund! Accidentally Charged the incorrect amount!

Hello, So I wanted to charge 10$ and the game charged 100$ instead. I don't know if it was me who didn't pay attention while selecting the amount of if it was a bug. I did not touch the ingots charged and would like to have the money refunded.
Put in mind that I never intended to charge that amount, therefore I would really like to have it back. I did not use the ingots so I'm pretty sure its possible to remove the ingots from my account and send the money back to my paypal, I resorted to CS first but if this gets overlooked ehre I'll just have paypal do it for me. In any case please look into it.
