I feel like FIre main, tobi, Sailor Sakura, gnw TEN TEN could work

earth is out because its meant to tank not hit, water is meant to support not hit, for because of point 3 those 2 mains are out.

which leaves wind fire lightning:
1) wind - has clones to eat extra damage, fire - has cc to prevent damage, lightning - has life steal to recover lost health

2)all 3 are dps meant for hurting enemies not stalling out

3)all have a powerful aoe myst, a support myst, and another myst for damage, fires chases dont do much damage alone but give effects for extra damage while wind/lightning have high damage chases

4)no main MUST use either of those nin

5)with lightning u could do a swordsman team which is immune to cc for 2 rounds, that lets u burst hard the first 2 rounds for a good lead,
wind could do *l wind team
fire ur already using so...

I am still a little bit undecided, as your reply makes me lean towards fire the most, so all other opinions, preferably including also anything that can be done with my ninjas, are really helpful, and I am looking forward to seeing what anyone has to say on the matter :)

Try to get Sage Naruto? I dunno.

Try a water tai team maybe. you got alot of ninjas to work something out. You can still use lightning without sasuke/kakashi too

Lightning seems to stand out for me, for you, if you had konan then you could have a rather nice fire team (tobi, main, konan, iruka)

Theres a common lightning team that was run on s49 alot that had lightning main, kimimaro, sasuke and iruka and which kimimaro can be subbed with hinata. I know you don't like sasuke but he's one of the best ninja for lightning until you have the kage lightning ninjas.

The only real wind team that stands out would be, gaara, gnw kankuro, conference temari, main. (iruka could maybe be swapped with conference temari if you want an interupt)

Water could be sailor sakura, main, kimimaro, hinata.

I use GNW Kankuro, Hinata, Tobi. Those team kinda op to face each class. The weakness is facing fire with Ao hehe.

Getting Sage Naruto would be nice, but I still want to get some good rare from kage, as well as Mabui and Ao, which are only commons left for me.

I am trying to think of something to get Poison Tai team, since I got sailor sakura, but it's not going that well for now xD Thanks for suggestion though :)

I would love to get Konan, although it's not as easy as it may seem. Slowly workimg towards her, but it's long way ahead of me. I started game on my server as a lightning main with a very similiar team and it was not very good on neither offence nor defence.

Wind is a class I want to consider, but I just can't see it's appeal, due to the fact that all of my server's wind mains are few thousand power below me (except strongest guy who jumps around all classes :p). I never seen Wind's appeal that way, which makes me think of it as a weak class which I am totally not used to using (Shortly, I have no clue what to do with her XD)

Water team sounds nice, but it's a bit too much on a stall side. It really hurts me that I have neither Ao nor Mei xD

I see you notice me Overmain-senpai xD Getting sailor was hard work, with getting fragments for free each event, but I finally managed to also get some coupons to buy her this week (8 frags only xD). Back to actual lineup though, I had it already for about a week some time ago, but it didn't do that good. I might try it again, as I got a lot stronger since then.

That said, thank you all for those suggestions, and even though I might sound like a douche when criticizing them, please believe me that I take lots of notes on the matter and it helps me a lot when creating my own lineup later on.
About the thing I said with being able to take a hit, and being able to deliver a hit, I think I might show my current team which works quite well (I still want a new one cuz I'm bored xD)

Your mistake was going for kage without getting sage naruto first. If youd read any of the threads in forum talking about this matter you would have reached the conclusion that sage naruto is a must tho you got chojuro which isnt kinda bad since he got a big chance of starting a combo with autos too. Since you got 1010 too go for Ao and you can either stay fire or go water for a water control team.

Well, thing with what you said would be true, if Kage treasures were not around. I have 2/3 chance of getting good rare from sage, and 100% chance of getting new ninjas from Kage, as both rares and commons are new. Getting Ao with Sage draw would be painful, as he is common in Kage, Orochimaru KT is really no match compared to Sage, so I just don't want to risk it. I am really close to 2nd rare in kage treasures so hopefully it will be better than chojuro...

Thanks for the lineup idea though, as soon as I am done woth Kage treasures (Ao + good rare), I am getting back to Sage to claim my rare ninja from there :)

Definitely fire main but try getting either ao or sage naruto, they would help a ton.

As someone already suggested, have u tried hinata tobi gnwkankuro and fire main? This team is pretty awesome, u have a lot of dmg through tobi chase, ignite and kankuros ignite, poison. U have a lot of control through hinata acupuncture chase and fire main seal/sleep if u choose to run that, and somewhat good survivability with tobi unyielding and hinata taunts. You could probably try puttin firemain and hinata in front row but with firemain in pos 1. Hinata mystery first round to tank some damage, and ur kankuro puppet will lead an acupuncture chase on someone. Round 2 u have first move to seal somebody and then u can either tobi or kankuro mystery to do some damage or aoe damage which will acunpuncture someone else.

Since you mention longterm, might want to plan your team to be Tobi-less since 2.0 is coming in few weeks and there is a surprise in it for Tobi users :lol

You should just yolo and go try other classes you might find something you really like.

Wind or Fire would be your best bet just because lightning is too squishy xD
