You're level 41, so lineups are far from the most important thing for you right now. Just focus on leveling up, and use the strongest ninjas you have until you hit Level 55 and can start getting Summons. Combo is much less important initially than it is later.

use tsunade instead of haku and u should be able to beat every1 in health at turn 10
