In 2.0 jonin medal give a lot of advantages, but I am still waiting for a sale ^^ remember that the update comes in next 2-3 weeks so they might still give that event out or even together with 2.0 update (which they should ^^)

the last jonin medal event was only for renewing it not for first time buys and it was last month that they had it for the first time, so it likely wont be out again until summer
