1＃ Go ToFirst, does initiative stacks for every character of should I put the highest initiative on my my first ninja?
Second, which should I go for, refine higher-level refined equipment or refine equipments until they have the same level?
And Lastly, is there a full guide link about this topic?

Refined gear only affect the character wearing it. Focus on 1 set of gears for your combo starter ninja only.
This is depend on you, if you have around 120 or more adv refine rune I'd suggest you to focus 1 highest refined gear and do it in event. But if you don't have that much adv refine to spare then imo it's better if you refine all your gears evenly. -
