You don't necessarily get coupons per new ninja.
What does the Mission "Recruit: Ninjas ___" show?

Each tier has a different amount.
It gets a bit harder and harder the higher the number goes.

when i get out from the treasure screen it always gives me msg that i got coupons when i get new ninja that i wasn't have before but it didn't this time
