So A friend gathered 70 seals, then he share screen on skype, and did them, and he got no rare, is it even possible not getting a rare 100% after 70 pulls?
Anyone else experienced this?.Thx.

Hello,

this is not bug. Just because you friend didn't receive rare ninja, it doesn't mean system is bugged. I don't know who told you there is 100% chance you will receive rare ninja if you will use 70 seals but this information is false.
