Okay so let me explain. I did 50 seals and got Akatsuchi, Cee, Temari, Kisame, Itachi. I decided to count that i should have more than 5 free seal pulls, so i did another 5-6 seals and got AO as my 6th char from Kage. So far so good, my rare will be from 70 seals, no problem. I did 3 free pulls and because i got hasty and wanted my rare, today i did 8 seals. Nothing. I got absolutely nothing and that's 11 seals after my 6th char. What gives? 70 seals is the 100% rare, I never saw anyone not get rare at 70 seals. Dont tell me i have to do x10 and all individual seals don't count. Check my account and do something about it.
