Idea 1) Forum events that are completed in game - another naruto based browser game i've played did this(won't mention its name), basicaly in the forums they would post an event for the players to try and complete in the game and if they players managed to do it the mods would send them codes for in game items. One specific example for how it could be done here is an event for landing the killing * on the world boss, whoever lands the killing * would take a screenshot of the rewards screen with their ign on it and post it into the thread on the forum for the event and an ingame mail would be sent to them with the rewards when the event ended. Make a specific team required to make it more difficult. Idea 2) Mod hide and seek - A mod will log in to a server and give clues about where they are hiding the first player to find them gets a reward. Idea 3) Duel a Mod - A mod logs into a server, first person to challenge them to a duel and win gets rewards. Idea 4) Perfect GNW - Complete the final battle of GNW with full points and send a screenshot to the forum topic as proof to win rewards for everyone who participated. Yes this would require more activity from the mods but I'm sure they can think of events that they would enjoy doing as well and its not like 1 mod needs to do everything in 1 day, they can spread it out across a week or two. Just little things to keep the players interacting with the game even if they aren't official events would be nice. Reply

We have like hundreds of server now, so we will need hundreds of mod or gl, it's not gonna work. Nice ideas tho

While "happen in game then report on forum" sort of stuff might work in theory, some of those "mod in server" stuff won't. There are just way too many servers, it would take them weeks if not months to have one for every server. And that's not considering the confusion merged server might cause, I'm not sure if mods can keep those straight, I'd need a chart myself...
