Go to the 7 days of welfare event and click instances. I think you click a person to activate it when you click their player it shows it to the far right

Hey

Once you obtain the item, Click a friend. The fireworks option should be there.

rewards arent that great apparently, used 2 fireworks, got 2 low level refine runes

a bit more disapointment adding to the rest of the events
