Don't spend these events unless you get big discounts in the events where you just straight up buy stuff. Unless you want to get animal path pain, then go for wheel spins.

Its not a 100% drop rate. Its a gamble with a very low % of getting him. If it was you getting him with 10 packs or so there would be no point of ppl spending 400 scrolls to get him in the treasures...

I got one of the packs and it is a 1-10 fragment thing so you are going to need a lot of boxes to get him

i would suggest waiting for better events, the rewards here aren't good (Chikushodo) or just simply impossible to get (Hashirama)
