Simple question to ask, what is your rank for Oasgames? When you login to Oasgames what VIP level are you? If you are VIP 3+ then chances are you have a good chance at being a ranking king.

For server merged ranking king event title, it is the number of most number 1 in ranked battle at 21.00 server time

Yes, I do have the title. But pretty much you'd have to have collected enough points to be VIP 3+ or so to be able to claim the title. (Due to competition from other P2A players.)
