+ nin for sure, as for the -.... I think wherever you want, I put it on life, since he's gonna revive and have more effective health, even if you -5% it.
Not sure if it's the best, but it works, his ninjutsu growth is too good to p@ss up

and if you want to take out defense there more specials that use ninjutsu then taijutsu
