  • I can confirm now what Drippy said.
Sadly it's a problem between Windows and Flash.

Please be patient and wait for them to update their service.

Until then you c*e the suggested Facebook method.
Does this Facebook game room thing only work if you created your game account using Facebook? Asking because I made my account using Gmail.

To Waka's initial question, yes I am using an AMD graphics card. I also tried the facebook work around and because I initially set up my mini client and website version with my Gmail account, it's having me start over on my home server. Not quite the work around I'd like to have haha.

I was the member who this thread was initially created for, and LiliannEbon described my problems pretty spot on. The roundabout through Facebook worked fine but only if I want to start from scratch.

Between playing without issue on saturday and my first crash on sunday, nothing on my PC was installed/uninstalled/updated apart from Norton AntiVirus. NAV is the only thing on my PC with automatic updates enabled.

I never had any of the latest windows updates, so they weren't causing the issue for me. After uninstalling NAV I could play again without any issues.

Hello,
So i tried to reproduce the error but was not able to.

Anyways after taking a look at the Norton Forum it seems like the guesses from you are right. It is a problem related to norton.

Is there anyone with the problem who doesn't use norton? If yes, is the Windows firewall active?

not sure what you mean normaly when you have a 3rd party anti virus aka norton mcafee etc the 3rd party program takes on the firewall of the pc instead of the built in firewall

It was meant for the case that no 3rd party AV is active.

We got the first reports of players that it is fixed with the Norton update from yesterday. Can anyone else confirm that?
