Alright, so. Almost everyone with a Chromebook seems to have an issue with there Shockwave Flash crashing, one way of maybe fixing this is Go to Menu, Settings, Show advanced settings, Privacy, Clear browsing data, Adobe Flash Player storage settings. Once you get there, the little panel that looks like part of the do*entation is really the Flash settings panel.
The fourth tab is Protected Content Playback. Click the Reset License files *on. But recently, there has been an update to where you mah not be able to do this anymore, so to get to the Adobe Flash Player settings, go to this website-

Here, you should be able to do it.
