I am thinking about replacing my Kabuto with Shizune in my poison tai AF team. Right now poison damg is capped at 3000, does Shizune's passive increase the damage further? Or is it still capped at 3000?

I couldnt really tell you if she increases the damage cap or not, but if you replace kabuto just note that your team will probably lose a decent bit of survivability considering his clones can eat a few shots.

She doesn't have any effect on poison damage, it's badly worded, Shizune herself does more damage with her chase and her mystery per every debuff on enemy. For example normally she does 1k with chase but on enemy who has poison stacks/ignite/seal/sleep i got her to do 2k+ with chase non crit. I think it's 25% damage increase per debuff on enemy.

i think Shizune is for early game. For late game Kabuto is better overall.
and no I don't think she will increase poison cap. 3000 HP per round is pretty insane.
Even lvl 77-80 ninjas have around 7k-10k HP.
