I stacked up roughly 4-5 Eight Inner Gates Purple Chakra Runes in my inventory. (They are always locked since I kept them as a backup) Today, I discovered that my ENTIRE chakra runes in my inventory is gone. Luckily, the runes in my character is still there.

EDIT: Nevermind, solved. The system somehow auto insert them onto random characters.
