Hello,

I can answer few questions right away.

A - Our team is currently fixing new mini client. We are aware of the huge lag players are experiencing while using new mini client.

B - What payment option are you trying to use ?

C - At the moment we are not planing to update Benefit hall but our team is aware that players would like to see this update. Nothing else I could say about this.

D - There is reason for this cap. We will update Ninja exam with more level in the future. Please be patient.

    I am using normal Card payment, even using paypal fails. I have created ticket to the support, but apparently I am blocked because recharging in a short period of time, but I have been experiencing this for nearly 2 weeks now.

    I guess, this is the calm before the storm event. Looking forward for it.
Every single possible payment option fails ?

  • I only using card and paypal. I do not have other options. It wants me to recharge at higher value, but I do not want as I only want to recharge $1 per day to get the additional spin at wheel.
And are you getting High risk error ?

I know you said you don't want to recharge more than 1$. But, if you will recharge more, this problem should get fixed. The problem is - our system for what ever reason finds your payments su*ious. In order to get rid of high risk error status, you have to recharge with another payment option and higher amount.

It may happen if you recharge a lot of money in a short duration of time. Or if you make a lot of payments in one day. There is a lot of situations that may lead to this problem.
