Other than bug fix, there are other stuff you really need to look into for this upcoming Christmas and New year.

A. Mini Client
- The older version is better than the new one, but both with their own problem
- Problem with new version:
* Let's say you have multiple account, you cannot switch to another server on your alt account, only main is able to switch account
* When you close the client, or other tab in the mini client, the process is still running if you check it in the task manager causing lag (this occur in old one too I believe)
B. Recharge
- Recharging $1 always give High Risk error. It has been like this for nearly 2 weeks now for me.
B. Simulator
- Very buggy, doenst work well and very slow loading and doesnt work for me, I use CN instead.
C. Benefit Hall
1. Level Gift pack
- it only gives upto level 70, considering we have our lvl cap increased, this should be updated as well
D. Ninja Exam
- It is only upto level 120
E. Strong Approach
- Instead of giving just common thread regardless of what level of difficulty you are doing, can you give Medium to Adv thread as well?
F. Obsolete items
- How about an event where you can upgrade like common thread to medium thread? Or low level refine rune to medium refine rune? And Common Cloth to Medium Cloth. It will really help the players alot and I know they want this kind of event.
G. For this Christmas, would really nice to see a 1000 seal rebate going on that atleast gives 10% rebate, this will encourage people to go for more seal pull. I dont know, that is just for me.
H. Better events. I am just in awe of Taiwan and CN events. If I can only understand their language, without a doubt, I will be moving there.

I am just expecting something really this coming Christmas, good events, good both for free and paying players and especially to oasgames, of coz maintaining servers and paying mods and the management takes alot of money, but with good updates and events, it should really cover all the cost, not only that, prolly with more bonus.

So think about it, more and more peope are complaining, I do hope you take it seriously when you say that you are listening to the feedback of the players.
