Mifune and Kakuzu both disperse buffs. However

"Knockdown to the Selected enemy and disperse all buffs on them" It's referring to that selected target.

not even the knockdown target got immunity dispersed, i tried to accupuncture n ignite on the target afte Mifune's mystery (chase n via other mystery), but it still got immunity.

I'll recreate the scenario and test if the Mifune skill overrides immunity it could also mean that "dispersed buffs" counts as a debuff in the process. Which would mean Immunity > Mifune/Kakuzu

Well, to be honest info comes from my friend playing on Chinese server, Mifune's mystery should clear dat immunity out, since its a 2round "buff" from lightening main's passive. Without this speficity, he is actually weak in comparison to other rares from the kage treasure.
I just picked him from the current event justly expecting him to be a counter to Root of Warrior, but i'll be so dissapointed if he cant do what he's supposed to do.

Mifune/Kakuzu "dispersed buffs' is indeed a debuff. Which means the Immunity overrides considering it's first.
Now I can't comment on other versions of the game. I only focus on what we currently have.
