I just hit the plateau.. Each rare was different so far.. but now Im hitting the Dupes kind of like in Tendo treasures..These last ninjas will be my Beheading Kakashi and Sage jiraya, those never dropped for me . So Im gonna stop pulling for now and pull whenever I get enough scrolls.

I wouldn't recommend that. Just wait until they go into the events and save your scrolls for the Jinchuuriki treasures because you will need them.
