That actually made me laugh.
On a serious note, As for the topic of this thread, I would just never give up on them being in event sometime down the road just as most of the rares from other treasures have. So instead of continuing to spend on the treasure, you could save for those events. -

I was just about to say that. Sooner or later they'll add the kage ninjas to events, and they'll almost always be cheaper than pulling them from the treasure. -

I just hit the plateau.. Each rare was different so far.. but now Im hitting the Dupes kind of like in Tendo treasures..These last ninjas will be my Beheading Kakashi and Sage jiraya, those never dropped for me . So Im gonna stop pulling for now and pull whenever I get enough scrolls. -

I wouldn't recommend that. Just wait until they go into the events and save your scrolls for the Jinchuuriki treasures because you will need them. -

Same here, I got Tendo and Hashi befoe I got BS Kakashi and Sage Jiraiya -

Well, to make you feel better I pulled exactly 1k scrolls to get my super rare, which was Sasuke susanoo (really wanted raikage but oh well). Got every single rares at least twice but never got chojuro. -

uh... are you me? bc that is the exact same thing that happened to me, i wanted chojuro and raikage... i got sasuke and no chokjuro now i must wait for him in an event. -
