Why do you think Midnight Blade is so op?

First of all, he has advantage of attacking first against most of the classes. As he does he causes pretty high damage (Chidori Blade) to all of your team and the main reason why I think he is broken is that you can't use your combo after that, in most cases it's an one move end game scenario for Scarlet Blaze.

Doesn't Genjutsu mirror counter his Chidori blade?

Also, Iniative stat determines who goes first, AFAIK.

Overall cleanse counters him, right?

wtf midnight blade is not faster its the position dude most midnight put the main into the front at at the top which let him attack first meanwhile most other classes put their main behind a tank. Its high risk for high reward.

Also a lot of people refine gear to get initiative which let's you go first if you have more points than your enemy, also if you build midnight blade as tank and put it first is a big thing but dies fast anyway ... you just might have mess up your build but it has some effect if your main is behind a tank as it goes 3rd or 4th ...;P
