I propose an ingame npc that asks for player's opinion on whether they want a server merge, what do they think of this week's events and how happy they are with the game at the moment. I understand that player moderators collect info but they typically collect information from the top 10/20 ish due to the limited time they have. The ingame npc can reward a small amount of rewards based on the opinion, aka a fixed reward of 1 stamina pot, 20 coupons and some coin/exp. Also the questions will be multiple choice based to make things easier. Finally the survey will appear all week but it can only be completed once per week (each event cycle) and rewards will only be given once per week. This is so you can directly recieve play feedback since a large majority of the playerbase don't check or use forums regularly.

Here would be the questions and answer format.

Do you think your server needs a merge at the moment?
a) Strongly agree, unable to start sage or kill 9tails at all
b) Agree, sometimes unable to start sage or kill 9tails
c) Not really, can still start events, barely
d) Not at all, can do daily events without any trouble

Did you enjoy this weeks event?
a) Yeah, I recharged just for this event
b) It was ok, I spent some leftover ingots/coupons
c) No, I'll wait for a better version
d) I hope this event never comes back, it was a ripoff

Why do you continue to play this game?
a) I love the naruto francaise!
b) I love fighting other players and npc during events
c) I met some great people and this is where I can have hang out with them
d) I spent too much money or time to quit
