I got confused by those but they actually say Ninja fragments for first time clearance. So the correct answer would be Guy for Pure Loyalty, and Sasuke for Sakura Blossoms.

Weird I got that question once and Kimimaro was wrong. Guy was also one of the answers with Kimimaro.
