Breeze Dancer's 3rd attack and Five Kage Conference Temari's attack "Wind Style Gale Fan" both say they cause "Certain probability of Repulse", but neither of them actually do. Temari causes Repulse more frequently than the breeze dancer from what I've noticed as well. I just wanted to know if this was intential or if it's just a bug.

Edit: Temari is also supposed to buff the Ninjutsu of wind ninja, but doesn't.
