I have been getting this non-stop lately and unable to recharge.

I do not want to use other payment method as it is more expensive (for me because of the conversion).
I am using the old client (if that helps)

I did not get this as much before, I will wait like 1 day then I can recharge, now I have not been able to recharge since 4 days ago I think?
