I had it happen as well, I am not 100% sure but I think I lost a question when I closed it and opened it back up

Had it happen too. Got confused and so I couldn't to answer questions because I thought it was legit broke because MiniClient has been pulling crap like that on me.

This also happened to me due to poor internet connection. Try to answer it when your connection is in good shape. That is what I think happen my friend. Just in case you may come back and retake the quiz.
