Chat upgrading/fixing

One of the most irritating things are insufficient chat message characters, and it doesn't show you how many, you only going by experience you can tell when you need to post the message and continue.

So, the things require to upgrade or that should have been since the beginning regarding chat:
1. Extend chat character/letter count in every chat place - world, group, private chat etc.
2. Save the messages and do not delete them when someone writes untill you log out of the game.
For example, I person writes to me, and I want to check something regarding what he wrote in order to reply properly, but I can't, because whatever I open it closes it, and after opening there is no trace of who that person was that wrote to me, nor what he wrote, hard to find him, etc.
Though I have some workaround, such as friend list where you can see the "recent" section, at least there is visible even those who wrote to you, but still, it's a lazyness towards user friendly UI...which in this game is a mess.
3. If you didn't do the 1. step, do it again until you do it...it's a must have, otherwise, it's * to write something that gets interrupted by the limiter, or at least if not in the chat window on the left, at least make it extended in the group extended window where private chat takes place as well, there is unreasonably small amount of available characters and letters.
