First I want to state that I am aware this version is different and things can change, yadda yadda...

What I'm curious about is Tobirama's availability on other servers. Does anyone with experience know if he becomes available in any sort of seal treasure - and if so an estimated number of pulls for him in those versions of the game? It's hard to find anything concrete from players in other versions on this and I'm just curious. Again, I know it's subject to change no matter what in this version, but some information is better than none at all.
