I have the same issue.

I don't think you're wrong as I am hearing that as well as me, there is another person also that is experiencing this issue.

I've sent a support ticket and waiting for a reply for now, but this is incredibly frustrating.

I'm going to add to this as well that he seems to make the game laggier, like there's a delay before the end and start of each round.

Hello, I just wish to specify, is his passive not increasing the amount that he dodges? Or is he not dodging at all? I will pass this along and hopefully we hear back soon!

From my use so far he is not dodging at all, and there is no indication that the increase in ninjitsu and resistance part of his passive is working, I’ve not seen anything to make me believe that it’s working properly.

Also, I’ve opened a ticket in regards to this and spoken to ‘Customer Support670’, I’ve sent them some video evidence of two things. First thing is the fact that he doesn’t chase more than once past round 1. And, the second issue is that Asura seems to make the game lag in that there is a significant amount of time before any action occurs before and after every round.

I mean, if his chase isn’t working as intended, his passive seems to be non existent, and he affects gameplay negatively. And, he’s been put as a reward for recharging 100k ignots, then I don’t know what to think other than I hope this gets fixed soon.
