The passive is actually bugged for all who view his Sakura[Cloak]. I had a look and according to the Select Skill Reserve Seal +2 doesn't exist Reply

I also have this problem. Moreover I lost my sakura fragments that I've spend on this, and it shows itachi's skill. I either want a my fragments back or the skill back. sakuranaruto

I had the same problem but with Gaara, they didnt do anything btw... unless if you can provide a picture with you having shards beforehand :)... In short they dont care!

The visual bug of Sakura's skills have been fixed and was just a visual bugs. If you still wish to dispute the fragments you will need to send a ticket to the In Game Customer Support.

Dont lie m8, they never return shards, since you need to provide a screenshot of shards before you used them... but noone does that due to *logic*, and then you wonder why community hates Oasis!
