The Yes Master outfit gives 300 initiative to all your ninjas, outfits gives stats too so even tho he might have lower refines and all if he has all the initiative outfits in the game he could still have more ini than you

Things that give initiative which you can't see on other players:

1. treasure tools.

2. myoboku maps.

3. assist links.

That and they might have clothes which give initiative like Yes! Master and Hana outfit.

Assist links give inti ? which once exactly ?

Max 4 cards (level 9's) will give around 600 initiative to individual ninja, in this case, probably Minato.

allright thanks for all the answers - he has indeed the Yes Master Outfit. Anyways my Question is still open: Do Ninjas all have a different base Initiative Stat ?

The basic secondary stats of any ninja are 0. The primary stats only are different.

To be more precise: ninjas basic combo, control, injury, critical and initiative secondary stats are 0 (they are called secondary for this reason), regardless the number of stars.

Primary stats instead (attack, ninjutsu, defense, resistance, life points) are not 0 and differ from ninja to ninja.
