Note: I'll use "Gold" for the Yellow color because I prefer calling it that way

I'll start with the most asked color question:

Refine, Charm

Level 10 refine = Gold glow on equipment

Level 9 charm = Purple glow on equipment

Level 10 refine + level 9 charm = Red glow on equipment

Magatamas

Level 1,2 = Green

Level 3,4 = Blue

Level 5,6 = Purple

Level 7,8 = Gold

Level 9 = Red

Purify

0-20% = White

20-40% = Green

40-60% = Blue

60-80% = Purple

80-100% = Gold

Rune Stones

Level 1,2 = Green

Level 3,4 = Blue

Level 5,6 = Purple

Level 7,8,9,10 = Gold

Level 11,12 = Red

Rainbow Magatama

Level 1,2 = Green

Level 3,4 = Blue

Level 5,6 = Purple

Level 7,8 = Gold

Level 9 = Red

Summon Runes

Level 1,2 = Green

Level 3,4,5 = Blue

Level 6,7,8,9 = Purple

Level 10,11 = Gold

Level 12 = ? (sorry never seen a screenshot of it)
