Well of course they aren't going to see my money anymore, look at how we're getting treated, no one's caring and all I get as answer from my tickets are scams telling me they fixed the issue while everything's still broken. What's the point of being the first of our space time if I can't do any event lol I might even ask for a refund, at this point I wouldn't even care if they ban my account, they just don't deserve it

We'd be more than glad to do your job and tell you what to do if you could share the details with us, this is either neglicency at actually doing something or incompetence at your job, I don't know which is worse
