Personally no, the idea has merit, but...it's the same as Matsuri with mixed servers, and Arena (to an extent) at least with Arena everyone is auto level 100.

Yep, for the most part, those were builds i'd use for all of the instances, (with the exception of the azure fang build, because that is fun to use as long as you play manual ;:victory:)

That's not really what the point of my guide was...it was more to help other people who are free to play, and give advice on how to stay competitive. I won't deny, start on one server to figure out what you want to do, and then move to a new server will definitely help people with a rough idea of what they want to do, that's more work then alot of people are willing to do though. Personally i've done it.
