I agree 100%, I don't have him skill broken and even if I did I can't ever see him one shotting the enemy team even if he gets every buff. His chase does no damage and the worst part, I've used him with Hashirama so he double chases and he still does the same damage after his 20% tai buff gets applied. I swear they butchered his character, his bt should've had an option for a water style jutsu like his regular with interruption or suppress super armor and his chase should do more damage not -10%....don't even get me started on gnw 20% dodge ....
