staying healthy is the most important thing in the trials. The best way to achieve this is to have a healer, to prevent the enemy from using their mysteries. I suggest using Hinata, who can absorb the attacks with mysteries and can acupuncture with chase.

I love this post! But you've forgot about blindness debuff :). Personally I favour ignite/immobile because there is a lot of strong water players in our server. Even though ignite can be cleansed, it will prevent the enemy from recovering health. Immobile is rare but really nice since its effect can be summarised as paralysis + acupuncture + blindness. If you have someone that immobilises with his chase, such as Ningendo, you will witness its awesomeness xDIn theory Chaos is even better, but it is super rare, extremely difficult to trigger and to incorporate in your formation.
