Haha, I had to re-read this a few times to understand wtf you just said. Yes, you release an event & if not enough participate, then the rewards go to nobody- I don't see the issue. The rest of what you said was nonsense, it also doesn't matter if they put somewhere on the forum that the event is cross-server- not everyone reads the forums, the event should have been transparent in game, it wasn't. Besides, this wasn't even my main point, nor was I talking to you in the first place- as such, our conversation ends here.

Or could it be that things got worse?- I mean if we pull this back to Sakuras flower garden, where people were suppose to get a Tobirama for first place & then it bugged and they claimed that it was a cross server event, so everyone was just given 2k coupons, even though half the people that paid to get first only did so for the Tobirama? There's been a lot of bs since then,I don't agree, that things like "Why you attacking F2P", as long as he isn't being utterly rude to someone then they shouldn't be muted at all, regulate it to a single thread & allow people to voice those opinions, lock any new threads that come up and direct it to a single thread. This is how most gaming forums I've been to have done it in the past. -Deleting & muting only furthers peoples annoyance.I'm not referring to this thread in particular but during the Sakura event period where Jiburiru permanently muted half of everyone making a post & deleted every other post..

How many of you get actual high win streaks in Sage world & kill others with win streaks? You actually get bountys for killing Win Streakers, this isn't a new concept.High powers already attack mid powers for their win streaks, this ACTUALLY happens all the time. I'm a mid power, I get anywhere between 2nd & 5th, depending on who is placed in my side(field), in fact I've gotten first if the high powers are put in to another team, which enforces the fact that you're not really competing against other teams but against the people on your own side- I know roughly where I'm going to land on the scoreboard based purely on who is on my team & the only influence other fields have on that is whether their higher powers decide to camp me for my win streak. If you truly believe other 200ks will risk their streak to go after another 200k, you really don't do Sage at all- I mean it happens, but when you're trying to WIN top 3 then you avoid bad odds, that's just how you game the game, the system doesn't incentives you to risk that much, your goal is top 3 in your field, not knocking other top 3s down to risk your own top 3 status. You guys are trying to fix the wrong thing, you're going after everyone above you as if "They are the problem" & I don't understand why, perhaps it's a fixation on being at the top. The problem lies with how rewards are distributed because that's what incentiveses people racing to destroy lower powers & the psychological aspect that has on everyone playing the event, you either distribute the rewards fairly for participation & field victory or you narrowly focus on making it harder for the person above you thus effectively creating another problem. Look at it this way, if it was field vs field & you all got a reward for winning as a field there would be a bigger incentive for people go shut down other fields, it would impact how people played the event across the board, sure people would also go after low power still- you can't create a system that avoids this, but at least you could potentially run after players your own power as there would an inventive to do so & there'd also be more players going after win streakers to get their field victory & at the end of it all, if your field won you can at least say "I did my part", rather than "I'll never be top 3, nerf top 3". This idea that a problem will fix a problem is gnawing at me, why do you want to f*k over the person above you so hard? It just creates a worse experience for them & eventually if you're there a worse experience for you & solves no issue, it's like you see a problem but don't understand what is creating it but attempt to fix it anyway. Besides the event is a lot more rewarding than it used to be anyway- I'm not really bothered if it changes & chances are it wont but it's not a terrible event, reward wise, even if you aren't getting top places, because the Sun Scrolls you get for just participating are good enough for 5-7 Advanced Refines by itself- & I'm talking about actual participation, it gives you more coins the more you run around and actively participate.

Yea, because they're just going to let you play & recharge for half a year, then when you get bored & quit they'll just give you back half of your money because they don't need to be a profitable business or anything. Do you buy games play them for a few days, then get a 50% refund for returning the game?Do you go to the movies watch half of the movie & get a refund for not watching the other half?Do you eat half of a meal at a restaurant and get half of your money returned for not eating the other half? Be realistic.

That's my point. If we made it a field based reward then it would soften the defeat- because it would mean even a lower power has a 1 in 3 chance of being a winner, those are good odds in my book.Your team is randomized like always & you go against the other fields & if you're a low power that just so happens to be on the winning field then you end up having a positive experience & you come home with a victory rather than coming home knowing you will never have a victory which over time is what makes these people complain, knowing they will never be top 3 because of how the odds are stacked against them.. Win/Win as far as I can see, but I doubt a feature filled with that much fairness would be implemented It's such a good suggestion I have a rainbow coming out of my A** right now.
