I'm reporting a possible cheater or they're just insanely rich and can spend around $3000+ on a new server that's only a month old with only around 6 active players in it, this person has 87k power at level 72 and they've been gaining 5k-10k power like every other day now. They have 7657 points in Sakuras Gift correct me if i'm wrong but that's around 50k-90k ingots I think. They have Tsunade Reserve Seal and correct me if i'm wrong again but I think the last event open that had her in it you had to buy like 8k or 80k ingots I can't remember. They had around 750 flowers in the Ino's Gift Event which she had to spend $700 to get that many. I understand that Big Spenders "Whales" exist but why would someone come late into a dead server with like 6 active players in it and spend this much money I'd appreciate it if she could be investigated. US West Server 1495 -Update 107193 POWER at level 75 and 4 star Minato she's on 24/7 probably doesn't have a job how can she afford spending thousands of dollars in a server with 6 active people? the server is now only a month and 2 weeks old.

It's expensive to get 1st place in Ino's flower event $1 = 1 Flower you'll need a certain amount of flowers to even be put on the leaderboard I think it's 300? I can't remember I think it changes but if you do get first place you get to choose really good ninjas out of the reward, if you were to do this event I recommend waiting until the last day to see if anyone else is doing it and see if you can afford it.
