In terms of spending, money is not an issue for me. I just want get the most out of it, and not pursue a blind crusade. Some rares I have: - Tier S+: Minato (4th Hokage), Shisui, & Sakura (Sailor Uniform) - Tier S: Itachi-anbu, (4-star) Iruka, Naruto (Sage Mode), Danzo Then a whole bunch of tier A+'s. This is based on this "Unofficial Tier List"
