[Bugs] Problems about Lost Characters / Items

My Seal Scrolls used to be around 6 or 7 at that time. The 6 from the screenshot is what i've got from the thanksgiving and the compensation. Red Ninja Tools (all at least level 15 or higher). Runes on my Summon.Description of the situation: I tried to login from the mini client with the saved USERNAME and PASSWORD that works well for me every time. At that time it displays Incorrect Username/Password although i didn't change anything. I tried to login from the browser but it didn't work as well. It displays "Wrong Information". I tried logging in from the browser many times and i tried clearing my cache and then refreshing but the problem stays the same. After quite a while, i retrieved it using the security question. It allowed me to change my password and I did change it. When i logged in, that's when I lost my items.
