These are like the worst events you could think of , 60k fuku and i can't buy kakuzu creation or naruto 6p anywhere , no madara gnw or scrolls plates for 2 weeks also .

Why the hell did you change the fuku packs that i redeemed yesterday from fuku ..? i can't get kakuzu frags now from there , there is tsunade swimsuit and sage kabuto instead , wtf i am supposed to do if i want kakuzu ? what if i spent 30k for the sole purpose to get him from fuku , that the F*k is this ? It's like going to a restaurant and ordering pizza and getting a salad instead . Why i am not getting the ninjas that are announced in events and you are giving me something else instead ? Getting something else instead of what you ordered is the definition of SCAM Update: it seems the issue was fixed as they added kakuzu frags in those packs that didn't had him .

I don't think you understand , you lose everything you could've got from sage , normal arena , theme arena ,3v3, matsuri . training grounds , x gnw , space time , zenith , even bonds because none of the ones i mentioned works , so basically if it was 7 days wellfare where you needed to win in arena a number of fights , you couldn't complete that , or if you had mission in season to be top 3 in sage or to be in winning land, or matsuri or in monthly to play arenas etc. Also your server must be new but on old servers advanced refines don't hold so much value anymore .

This is what we got for not being able to play any cross server event for 2 weeks . I should mention that kid hashirama was the 3vs3 ninja at the time of the bug . The sun and moon coins are useless because there is a weekly limit that active players would reach anyways , so basically they gave us as a reward a few dozens of misterious stones. Oh and refines are advanced not epics as you can't see the color in this screenshot.

We had the same issue , the whole cluster couldn't play events that involved cross server . It took Oasis 2 weeks to fix it and at the end we got some useless rewards , ,so don't have high hopes that the issue will be fixed soon or that you will receive proper compensation

OK so today we received the compensation for the bug that broke the game functionality for 2 weeks Someone did some calculation and it seems they kinda gave out what we lost in those 2 weeks. While the compensation is pretty low for a bug that lasted 2 weeks the issue is another one for me at least . WHat the heck am I supposed to do with the moon and sun coins compensation? . There is a weekly limit for those and people who are active in the game would hit the limit anyways . SO basically it's like paying someone in a curency that it's expired . The sun and moon coins lost their value if we didn't got them in the weeks when the game was broken .Sometimes i think these people have no clue how their game works. This just shows how much Oasis cares about their playerbase.

Seems the issue was fixed , the game is working as it should for the last 2 days .I have yet to see the compensation though. Personally I would be satisfied with 4000-5000 coupons , I can't talk in the name of the other players though. But knowing Oasis, probably we will receive like 20 dangos and 50k coins and maybe like 10 medium refines if they feel extra generous. If they pull that stunt most likely 80% of the players from the cluster will quit , and then the rest will follow.

Today the Arena and Space--time worked for few hours in the morning , now i logged in for sage and surprise... the issue reemerged, nothing is working again , no cross server events. How can someone fix a issue 3 times and every time the fix lasts only few hours? .

Obviously this is a lie , no one is working on anything .Most likely Oasis has only 2-3 people overseeing all 1700 servers or how many there are now and everything must be automated , the cycle events etc . They probably call out the devs or whatever they call them only when major issues happen (hint': recharge issues) our cluster is really old and only few active players so they don't consider this a major issue enough to bother out the devs . When another major issue happen and the devs will be called out to fix it they will look into our issue also, probably. I think the best course of action for players to do now is to stop recharging at least untill the issue is fixed . Oasis only speaks money . they don't understand words or complains, so you guys sould speak in the only language they understand, MOney.
