been a long time since i did statistics but there's a 1% chance to get 108/108 fails if the probability was 96%. 108 is a good sample set to say there's a good chance that the underlying probability is between 98% - 100%... anyway thanks for the testing icex

yes, that's an outcome every single character has. There's no doubt that it's not random. There's always one chakra type that you are more likely to get and it never changes. It's annoying because in my group, the people who have wind chakra basically dont play anymore or don't trade.

[Suggestions] Expand Event timings - Decisive Bonds

match making gets fairer with longer queue times and more people queuing. cross region will mean more people in the queue. its already cross for every server in the region, so having US east and US west queuing against each other doesnt make a big difference in my mind. other regions have big time zone differences. oasis dont care about mm fairness... but does that really matter much for bonds? bonds is not like matsuri, where when you die you get knocked out. its not a big deal to me to have 20-25% (or more) of my matches be unfair, if it means that i can do it when i want. you just keep queuing until you get fair matches. not a big deal to me.

So? whales aren't the only people who do bonds (i'm not a big spender) and most of them are probably going to * to their core time zone. It's not a big deal. You get someone over powered, you retreat and wait a bit and queue again.

Recharge Event

probably the best recharge event in my experience is the shinobi feast + weekly recharge (recharge every day at 50/250 ingot if i recall correctly.) You need to recharge around 2k ingot for the medal, so you can spread it around by recharging 300 every day for 7 days. that gives you 3 spins on the itachi wheel every day. It's been a long time since we've had both in the same, like 2 months tho? the other recharge wheels, the rewards are not great in my experience and I don't think i've ever seen them at the same time as shinobi feast. maybe just once. another thing to look for is to have a recharge event and a spending event at the same time. Shinobi Feast + Shuriken (lucky balloons) event is typically good rewards, or a spending wheel.

there is an option in your Oasis home page to "BIND ACCOUNT" which creates a second set of login credentials for your facebook account. it won't unbind your facebook account but it will let you keep playing the game as long as the *er doesn't mess with naruto.

pb sasuke work best with 3 female ninjas with offensive capabilities, so best used with wind and water main. For example, classic pb sasuke team is mei, wind main, mabui. Another good pb sasuke lineup is sailor sakura, mei, water main. other female ninja that could work with pb sasuke - gnw tenten, kurotsuchi, gnw temari, konan, pain chiksudo, edo tensei haku.

[Help] Optimal Refining during event

You probably want to go with the course of action that can maximize the amount of items you can have at level 8. look at your best purified items (for initiative), refine them up to level 8, and see how many you can do. You might be able to get 3, possibly even 4 if you're lucky. Then use enough med refine after that to use 500 runes to collect more adv runes. Then pause and wait for the next month's refine event and do the same. Hopefully time limited and refine will be combined going forward.
