Yeah, 30k recharge for Hiruzen is not the best idea. He seems like he would be a better ninja for bond and GNW but in 1v1 unless you already own your opponents in bp to 1 shot them, not worth it. Bring on the Angel Konan Recharge!

Mathematically yes, since all rares have the same chance to obtain in its own treasure and each draw is independent of each other. Lets say you use 1260 Seals to get 21 Rares, getting the same rare everytime is possible, by 0.0000000000000000108%. So in saying this, I would say yes, it is possible to not pull every rare prior to super rare.

HK Server Updates

@Qv Was a good week XD @Xkorpitron I think that the updates for the rest of regions if good, next worst would be Europe but even then they get it lastest 11 am finish which is still pretty good, you would be able to do Ti/Convoy. In HK you miss out of Ti/Convoy in the afternoon cause of maintenance which means you either do it before the update and makes you lose out on rewards from events or you are forced to do it at night. Not meaning to sound entitled or anything just want what other servers get to be honest. In an ideal world servers updates should be finished at 5:00 am server time. But I think most of HK would be happy with it finishing at least before Ti/Convoy finishes.
