This is ridiculous, the vast majority of players are not in a position to upgrade their groups skills since it takes only a week or two to max them out and months to raise the group skillcap. This is a flat nerf of 140 points for most people (2 summon scrolls).

Example:-Server : 15Region : EastCurrent BP : 71KEvents : Great PlatesOpinion : Just want to thank you guys for making the keys coupon-purchasable and also improving the items in the wheel. Although there is still a bias toward small stamina I've hit 5 advanced refines on a spin several times and even got a couple seal scrolls. This has taken an event that started out as an awful (3 days only, ingot only) pay-baiting tease and made it into something actually worthwhile for both spenders and free players. Good job!

Overall decent to good events but would have been much better if a unique ninja had been available in Lucky Board rather than just Kage treasure ones that most people on my server (15) have by now. It's hard to justify dropping coupons despite how good lucky board is when you know it's previously been more valuable and could be again next time. So it's another month of sitting on coupons, and sitting on scrolls until a new treasure draw comes out. Overall less than optimal enjoyment for people on older developed servers stuck in a holding pattern.
